Do you offer one-time services or only ongoing contracts?
Both. You can book a consultation, start a project, or purchase fixed-price services directly in the shop.
What do you need from me to get started?
Usually: logo (if you have one), brand colors (if you have them), any photos/videos, and a clear goal for the deliverable. If you don’t have brand assets yet, we’ll help you define direction.
How many revisions are included?
Most fixed-price services include 1 revision round for minor adjustments. Larger projects define revisions upfront.
What counts as “rush” for graphics?
Rush means your project moves to priority. The timeline depends on the option you purchase (24hr / 6hr / 1hr).
Do you do strategy or just design?
We do both—but we keep it practical. Strategy is only valuable if it turns into execution.
What formats will I receive?
Typically PNG/JPG for finished designs, MP4 for video, and source files when applicable (depending on the service).
